Our payment and shipping terms...
Payment Options:
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Google Checkout, personal checks or money orders from US residents and will ship upon receipt of payment (please allow a few days for your check to clear into our account before shipping).
International payments must be made via PayPal or credit card only.
Shipping:
We ship U.S.P.S. 1st. Class with confirmation for package under 3/4 of a pound. Package over 3/4 # will be shipped U.S.P.S Priority with confirmation. International packages will be shipped USPS International Priority. We ship Tuesday through Friday.
Returns will be accepted if returned within 7 days of receiving and in the same condition as received. It must be sent with insurance and contain a small note giving for the reason of the return.....we will not be responsible for lost packages. A 10% restocking fee may apply to some items.

Our wholesale coupon terms...
We are no longer accepting new applicants for our wholesale program.
No purchase is necessary to receive your personal code.
Register on our website and sign up for our weekly news letter. Your information will not be shared.
Email us at crystalseen@classicnet.net after you have registered, to inform us that you wish to join the wholesale program.
Your new personal coupon code for 15% will then be emailed to you.
This personal code is not to be shared with anyone, or it may be forfeited.
We will add 1% to your savings code for every $50 (after discount, taxes and shipping) spent, up to 40%.
Purchases do not accumulate or roll over to the next purchase. We count only the last purchase made when upping your %. We will round down to the nearest $50
We count the total sale only, (after discounts, taxes and shipping are used).
If an item is returned for a refund, your account will return to its previous percentage. If returning for an exchange, your account will keep the new total.
