These treasures were found floating within the host rock much like Herkimer Diamonds, within the gas bubbles. We have had the great fortune to meet one of the owners of this mine when he brought these to us just recently. These Crystals range in color from lavender to a deep purple. Having spent some time with this "tantalizing treasure", I found myself completely entranced with all the magnificence and beauty of these Amethyst Scepters as they made my crown chakra tingle with excitement.
